Fresh off of earning Wildlight a Wine Spectator award, our Wine Director Michael Cooke welcomes the celebrated BC wineries La Stella and Le Vieux Pin and their Managing Partner & Viticulturalist Severine Pinte, for an exclusive one-night-only winemaker’s dinner.

Wildlight’s own Chef Warren Chow, recipient of the 2023 Vancouver MICHELIN Guide Young Chef Award, and our stellar kitchen team will be serving up a delicious five-course menu, all served family-style in a communal longtable setting, highlighted by Chef Warren’s famous Tomahawk Steak. Paired with six excellent wines by of La Stella and Le Vieux Pin, this is sure to be an unforgettable evening of fantastic food, wine, and company that evokes ‘la dolce vita’.

Chef Warren’s Tomahawk Steak will be making an appearance, and wine selections will include vintages from the wineries’ library collections, such as La Stella Maestoso and Le Vieux Pin Equinoxe.
