Wildlight Kitchen + Bar welcomes Sheringham Distillery this April for an exciting, exclusive cocktail dinner that truly exemplifies the tasting notes of the West Coast.
Chef Warren Chow and Bar Manager Aman Nijjar have been hard at work with the team from Vancouver Island’s Sheringham Distillery – creators of some of the “world’s most drinkable gin” and spirits – to present an exciting evening of creations that fuse the world of cocktails with the culinary.

Following a welcome reception with engaging culinary action stations serving up creations such as Tomato Negroni Gazpacho and Tortellini de Pollo with a Sheringham Vodka Sauce, Chef Warren and his team have put together a 5-course menu infusing Sheringham’s distinct, high quality West Coast spirits into every dish.
Each course will be perfectly paired with a cocktail creation devised by Wildlight’s Bar Manager, Aman Nijjar, and their skilled bar team. Non-alcoholic cocktail pairings will also be available.
